There are a few different ways we can work together 1:1, depending on the support you need right now. Some people prefer an ongoing coaching relationship, some are using Access to Work funding, and some need a focused one-off session to regain clarity and momentum.
For moments when you need clarity, direction or support with one specific challenge, without stepping into longer-term coaching.
For deeper, ongoing support over time. Ideal if you want space to explore patterns, build self-trust, regulate overwhelm and create lasting change.
For neurodivergent and disabled people who have been awarded Access to Work funding and want practical, personalised support to work more sustainably
Sometimes you need the steady container of an ongoing coaching relationship to unravel old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build a more supportive way forward. My 1:1 programmes are for those seasons when deeper support matters.
nervous system regulation
your sensory needs
regulating your emotions
your confidence and identity
trusting yourself

And from there we explore practical challenges like focus, planning, decision-making, time, making decisions and overwhelm.
My coaching is strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming and whole-person focused and we work together to discover what genuinely supports you.
The aim is not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and create change that feels supportive, empowering and possible in real life.
“The name WayPower really resonated. All my life I’ve had to use an impossible amount of willpower to try and shoehorn my life and my way of living into neurotypical advice that simply doesn't work for me.
And there isn’t enough willpower in the world for that.“

If you’ve been awarded Access to Work coaching support, I offer practical, personalised coaching to help you work more sustainably with your unique brain, nervous system and real working life.
Together we’ll develop workplace strategies that are realistic, and strengths-based, that you’ll actually want to do.
I can also offer support with the AtW setup process, including practical paperwork, quotes, invoices and communication around employer payment where needed.
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing coaching. You need a focused space to pause, get clear and work out the next right step.
My one-off strategy sessions are designed for exactly those moments. I’ve designed them to help when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, recently diagnosed, at a crossroads, or need support around one particular challenge.
A one-off session offers a chance to experience my approach before committing to a longer coaching journey.
If you already know you want deeper support, you can apply for 1:1 coaching.
If you’re unsure which route is right for you, my WayPower Compass Call is a great first step when you’re looking for a clear sense of direction.
In just 30 minutes, you’ll gain an understanding of your core values & strengths and learn how to increase your motivation and purpose.

1:1 coaching is a good fit if you’re looking for more than a one-off reset and want a steadier space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface as well as what needs to change practically. It can be especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, disconnected from yourself, or ready to build a more sustainable way of living and working.

No. Coaching is not therapy and it is not a substitute for mental health support or medical care. My work is supportive, reflective and practical, and can help you understand yourself more deeply and move forward more intentionally, but it does not replace therapy or clinical treatment.
If you’re unsure, starting with a WayPower Compass Call can be a gentle first step. That gives us space to explore what’s going on and whether one-off support or a longer coaching journey would be the best fit. And you leave with a report of all your strengths and values, which will be valuable, whatever your next step is.
Support for sensitive and neurodivergent people navigating life, work and everything in between.
People with ADHD have so many gifts and incredible ways of thinking which can make a huge contribution to the world. Yet so much nuance is lost in the deficit-based, medical model which sees ADHD as a list of “symptoms” that need to be “treated”.
Many of us who were late-diagnosed or have self-diagnosed, have spent our whole lives in survival mode, because we did not know that our brains and nervous systems were different. We may have spent many years believing we were broken and have probably struggled with periods of depression, anxiety and burnout.
Whilst I don’t underestimate the difficulties that ADHD can cause, I also know that when we feel creative, hopeful, and connected to our purpose, anything is possible for us and our amazing minds.
